I just bought my first Lexus from Stephen Puleo. It was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Yes, I just said "enjoyable". He took his time with me and answered all of my questions, which I didn't have many of after he thoroughly went over the vehicle with me. Larry Smath then helped me with the best financing options for me. The entire process was easy and relaxed. I picked up my new Lexus a few days ago and I love the vehicle. Came in the other day looking for a cert preowned Lexus, Specifically an IS 250. When I came in I was quickly introduced to a very cordial and friendly Tommy Rizzatti. This being my first car I was worried Specifically an IS 250. When I came in I was quickly introduced to a very cordial and friendly Tommy Rizzatti. This being my first car I was worried I might find myself being taken advantage of by a veteran salesman. Tommy quickly assured me that as the manager of the preowned department, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. After offering me some coffee we went through a very pleasant and professional shopping experience, which ended with the purchase of my new to me IS 250, WHICH I LOVE BTW!!! The entire preowned department and specificaly tommy should be commended on a job well done. I will be recommending Lexus of massapequa to all my friends and family in the future, thanks again boys! His breakdown of the different features and options for the vehicles were impressive. Larry Smath explained the details of the financing clearly and provided us very good options. Both these gentlemen made the overall purchasing experience very pleasurable. Their knowledge, friendliness and no pressure approach made me feel comfortable about our purchase of a new RX 350. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Her 2007 Camry, even though still in great shape and having low mileage, had overstayed its welcome, besides, it was time to upgrade to a luxury car. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience; trying to get the color, options, etc. at a reasonable price can be nearly impossible. That being said, we were willing to give it a try. The first dealer we visited was Lexus of Smithtown. After test driving the Lexus ES350 we were sold. Negotiations followed and terms were met with final papers to be drawn up the following day. The next day I thought it would be consumer smart to get another quote so I called Lexus of Massapequa. The sales rep I spoke to wasted no time trying to accommodate me. The price he quoted met our needs( also color we requested)so we opted to purchase the car from them. Unfortunately bad things happen; The next day I received a call from the rep informing me there had been an incident and the car could not be delivered. I subsequently spoke to Anthony Ciuffo, general manager. He was fully aware of the situation and assured me he would use all available resources to locate a vehicle with the same color and options I requested. About two hours later Anthony called and gave me the bad news: none of the dealers he contacted had the vehicle. He was sincerely sorry that he could not provide the car. Anthony even went as far as offering to sell me another car at a loss. I was greatly appreciative at the offer but I had only one car in mind. My last resort, Lexus of Rockville Center(sister dealership). Fortunately for me, they had another vehicle that met our requirements. The transaction couldn't have gone any easier. my wife loves the car; happy wife, happy life. One final note: despite the fact that Lexus of Massapequa could not provide me with the car due to unforeseen circumstances, our next purchase will be in the hands of Anthony Ciuffo. In my opinion he went beyond the scope of his responsibilities to provide me with the vehicle I requested. If you're looking to purchase a Lexus and have apprehensions about dealing with sales representatives, go to Lexus of Massapequa and ask to speak with general manager Anthony Ciuffo. I have been looking for a specific 2013 Lexus ES 300 hybrid. After calling quite a few dealers and getting the "run around", I called Lexus of Massapequa and was connected to Stephen Puleo. He explained to me which cars are currently available and asked me if I had actually seen the car yet. I told him I hadn't. He suggested that I come in to look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive with him so that he could better explain the features of the car and which cars are available. I went in on July 8, 2013 to meet with him. He was extremely polite, well mannered and very knowledgable on the car. With the help of Anthony Chiuffo, they were able to locate the exact car for me and I'm picking it up in one week. Mr. Chiuffo went above and beyond to help put me in the perfect car. The General Manager, Lenny Cafferelli even came over to introduce himself to me and thank me for my business. This was the best "car buying experience" I've ever had. I highly recommend buying your next Lexus from Lexus of Massapequa and deal with Stephen Puleo. Anthony Chiuffo and Mr. Cafferelli. More

I am glad I changed dealerships as the experience at Massapequa was a pleasure. The trip from Brooklyn wasn't quick but it was well worth it. All the staff were friendly and the environment was extremely comfortable. Lenny in Sales was very welcoming, courteous, and professional. Larry in Financial was also a pleasure to work with. There was no feeling of pressure and I felt extremely confident with my purchase. Lenny helped me find the perfect car for me and my budget. He was very patient with all my questions and uncertainty and even helped me set up my Blue tooth in my new car. I purchased a pre-owned white Lexus ES350 that I am thrilled with. I have recommended Massapequa Lexus to all of my friends and family. Thanks Lenny and Larry!! More
