He maintained a consistent and open line of communication for over 4 weeks, even though he knew were considering other vehicles His patience and jovial attitude were an added bonus when dealing with Mr. Jones. I would reccommened this dealership, and especially Mr. Jones to anyone who is looking to purchase a Lexus. More

Matt was very professional and friendly and his knowledge on the vehicle and all of its features was exceptional. The sales manager John was able to get me the best deal possible. We were immediately impressed by his friendliness and were confident in his knowledge of the Lexus ES 350. He took us for a test drive and explained all the new features of the car. Matt was not only helpful, but very patient. He was certainly well versed on every aspect of the packages that were available and helped us decide on the ones we wanted. It was a pleasure working with him. When it came time to figure out the pricing, Salman Umar was very helpful and went out of his way to listen to our concerns. Then he and Matt worked out a lease agreement with which we would be happy. In addition, Larry Smath was able to work out the financial approval right away. It was terrific working with him as well. We were delighted that we could drive home in our new Lexus ES 350 that same day. Before we left, Matt Bullen sat in the car with us explaining how to use all the new technological items in the car. We researched further online and after some time we realized we wanted a luxury car. Our first stop was at the Lexus dealership in Massapequa and we were hooked. From the moment we enter the Lexus dealership we knew that this would be a totally different experience. The receptionist was extremely polite and immediately called our salesperson Lenny Jones over to greet us. Lenny Jones was very patient and listen to what we were looking for in a car. My husband and I decided to go with the 2013 Lexus RX350. Lenny's professionalism and his knowledge of the product were excellent and he was very thorough in terms of explaining the leasing process as well as various options.
