I mentioned my interest in a Lexus to a client (John Pickett). The very next day Stuart Schnissel was at my place of business with an IS 250 for a test drive etc. I felt I was treated professionally,an Pickett). Once I chose my car things went very smoothly ((car was delivered same day. Stuart went over every detail at that time Larry explained all purchase options as well. After checking other dealers I feel I got a fair price. I have already spoken with Stuart he has been very helpful with all my follow up questions. Just leased a 2013 Lexus RX 350 at Lexus of Massapequa this past weekend and wanted to point out that it was the most pleasant leasing or car buying experience I have had in dealing with several dealershi this past weekend and wanted to point out that it was the most pleasant leasing or car buying experience I have had in dealing with several dealerships. I still had more than a year left on my Infiniti EX lease and was pretty much not even given the time of day by two other local Audi and Lexus dealerships who told me " it doesn't really make sense to test drive a new car or discuss numbers. Come back in 9 months when you are closer to the end of your lease" I contacted Lexus of Massapequa after reading their terrific reviews on Dealer Rater and Google and was assigned Matt Bullen as my sales consultant. Right away he assured me that even though I still had quite a bit of time of my current lease he would try to do his best to get me the most competitive appraisal on my trade in so the leasing terms would fit into my budget. He also advised me that he would spend as much time as possible with my wife and I so we can learn all of the features and options of the 2013 RX 350 . Even though we already had some knowledge of the RX because we had previously visited another dealer, Matt said " I don't let other dealers do my work for me" and spent more than 2 hours with my wife and I going over the features, optional packages and giving us a lengthy test drive. Matt was extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional with us and I truly feel that he fought with his sales manager to get us the best possible deal like we were one of his closest friends even though I had a just met him that day. Once we pretty much agreed on a deal, Matt introduced us to Larry Smath, the finance manager. Larry was also extremely patient and professional with my wife and I in explaining how the finance process will work. Larry also has a great sense of humor and made the whole application process very pleasant which was quite a change from previous dealer finance people that I have dealt with in the past. Larry went back and forth with the lender quite a few times to try to get us the most competitive lease financing possible, giving us frequent updates along the process. Once time came to take delivery Matt spent more than an hour sitting in the car with us going over everything like how to work the satellite radio, climate control, power mirrors, memory seats, etc. He also said at any point in time that if we ever needed a refresher course just give him a call and he would make the time go through everything again As I previously mentioned, throughout the whole process, working with Matt, it felt like I was dealing with a close friend rather than just a car salesman trying to make the most money possible on a deal. You can tell that Matt values relationships and would rather have a long term client which I can say at this point that both my wife and I plan to be. More
I have had 7 cars from this dealership. They are easy to deal with and convenient. Chris was able to get me the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Mike was great to work with. Even though it was a used gmc from a Lexus dealership, I was treated as if I was purchasing a brand new Lexus. Will be happy to go there again when it's time to search for a gmc from a Lexus dealership, I was treated as if I was purchasing a brand new Lexus. James was courteous and reassuring.I mention 'reassuring' because I need and love my car for work primarily. I picked this brand for dependability, and I still drive and love my 2000 RX300. James called me back promptly to tell me that a part would have to be ordered, and that I could have a loaner car. Marleny, who greeted me to receive the loaner car was also great. She was consciencous, and professional. The loaner car was a brand new ES350 which was beautiful. Yes now I want one. I got my RX350 back today. The work was done under warranty. The loaner car was easy to return. Overall rating on my favorites, being in a service business myself, A+ The warranty was real , the service department was honest and professional,(yes all of them), the property was well maintained and run. Good service is an integral part of a persons' criteria when they choose a brand for dependability, and Lexus of Massapequa came through with flying colors. More

I told him it is nice and enjoyed the test ride. The representative then introduce us to Matt Bullen leasing and sales consultant. He is a nice man very professional and my son negotiated a price that was afforded for and the payment . I was amaze at the fact of getting a car that I always wanted. Everything was good. The time I was told the car be ready by Matt Bullen was done. Did not have to wait along time for this beautiful Lexus. Throughout the whole process I was completely satified with Matt Bullen. I was introduce to all the employees there. Everyone there seem to be really nice. If I know someone who is looking for a Lexus I would recomment Matt Bullen to assist them. At the end when I picked up the car Matt Bullen explain the parts of the car and ask if I had any questions. He told me to call him if I had any questions and gives you his cellphone number because you as a new customer will need to ask questions. I still call today and he is very professiona if something he doesn't know will take the time to find out for you and return your call. I will say purchasing my car from Matt Bullen was a great experience. I gave Matt Bullen number 5 for the survey.I appreciated the fact that when in the office I was very thirsty and he went and brought back some soda for me boy did that help. More
PICKED UP MY LEXUS RX 350 LAST SATURDAY 8/4/13 . HAD A PROBLEM WITH FRONT TIRE. BROUGHT IT BACK TO DEALER AND SPOKE TO TOMMY RIZZATTI WITH IN ONE HOUR THE FRONT TIRE WAS REPLACED AND I WAS ON MY WAY. I CA PROBLEM WITH FRONT TIRE. BROUGHT IT BACK TO DEALER AND SPOKE TO TOMMY RIZZATTI WITH IN ONE HOUR THE FRONT TIRE WAS REPLACED AND I WAS ON MY WAY. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT TOMMY AND HIS STAFF, THIS IS THE 5TH LEXUS I HAVE OWNED AND EACH TIME THE SERVICE GETS BETTER AND BETTER. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING BUT A LEXUS. AGAIN MY HATS OFF TO TOMMY RIZZATTI AND HIS STAFF JOB WELL DONE THEY ARE THE BEST. More
