Jim was a great salesman, he was very friendly, funny, and polite. He also explained to me how to program the car. Hope to see him there in four years when my lease is up. I purchased an IS250 from Lexus of Massapequa a few weeks ago. With Matt's help, I test drove 3 different models. Fred is a very personable person. 3 months ago, I initially inquired about purchasing a car and he kept in touch with me by email. The car buying process is always a huge decision and someone confusing for me. However, Fred walked me through the process and everything went OK. Blaise handled all the financing paperwork which went through OK as well. Nonetheless, there were two things that I wasn't happy about which I felt they kept in the dark. The first was the price of the car which I gave a "2" for bad. Fred did not make it clear the exact cost of the car, which to my surprise was just over $2000 more than what was stated during the search and test drive process (plus I thought I would get a discount for customer loyalty (my second purchase). I walked away feelilng confused and questioned him about it, but he said he told me over the phone at my initial inquiry, which I still don't remember!!! Another problem I had was with the financing process. The loan process was kept secret until the very end. I'm not sure why Lexus or even other car dealers have to handle the process in such a way. I had no idea what my interest rate for the loan was until I asked and then it appeared to be an "approximate percentage". Plus I didn't even know which bank was financing my loan until I returned the next day to pick up the car and sign the million and one paperwork. The only good thing about it was that Blaise explained every paperwork that I was signing. The car buying process is overwhelming and confusing. All in all Lexus of Massapequa is a good car dealership because of the great cars. More

This is one of the more seamless car buying experiences I've had while looking for a new car. I wanted to lease a 2014 Lexus IS. After my dealer (lexus of queens) quoted me a very unreasonable deal I drove all the way to Massapequa to check it out and I am glad I did. I was introduced to Roger and immediately we got down to business. Lexus in general provides a good shopping experience and best thing I liked about dealing with Roger was, there was no running around the bush. He is a nice gentleman to deal with. I personally felt the price he offered me was fair and he even went back and forth to his boss to negotiate a better price for my trade in. We all know the stigma attached to a car salesman and how we all hate when it comes to shopping new cars. There's deception, bait and switch, pressure, constant negotiations, last minute stock issues etc etc. I am sure if you throw some sex in there it will turn out to be a great hollywood drama. However with Lexus in my past two shopping experiences I felt somehow this stereotype attached to a car salesman is fading. Which is a very good thing. Roger is a nice and genuine person to deal with. He even helped me speed up the process of paperwork (Which is most time consuming and boring) because I was in a rush. Throughout the deal he was always been straight forward with me in terms of pricing and set realistic expectations from the beginning. The bottom line, I am very glad with my shopping experience at lexus of Massapequa and I will go back as a customer and recommend them to others. More
We purchased a 2008 Lexus RX350 on 09/02/2013 and changed our minds the next day to a 2010 Toyota Highlander. Mr Rizzatti was very respectful and curtious and very understanding when we changed the original purchased vehicle to another vehicle. He told us he wanted us to be happy and buy the vehicle that we wanted and would meet our needs and make us happy. I would highly recommend Lexus of Massapequa. I would definitely buy again and would send anyone to see Mr Rizzatti with the greatest of confidence that they would be treated in the same manner of my wife and I. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Matthew Bullen as our sales agent. He was available to answer any of our questions. He programmed our car for us and even offered to come to our house to reprogra as our sales agent. He was available to answer any of our questions.
