As a couple “in distress” over unacceptable vehicular reliability involving our BMW’s, we came to Lexus of Massapequa to continue our research regarding our next vehicle. Certainly, there was a band of angels on our side leading us straight to Matthew Bullen --- truly one of the most outstanding leasing consultants we have ever encountered. From his warm and informal greeting to his in-vehicle tour of the various technological aspects of our new GS350, his demeanor was that of a concerned and competent professional. His every action was indicative of a high level of professionalism, competence, genuine concern, and, most refreshingly, patience. After having done the initial research and paperwork for the ES350, he was completely and congenially unphased by our “Could you do us a favor and work up a deal on the GS350?” His focused and succinctly presented overview of the process used to terminate the BMW550xi lease and to assume a new lease was a “deal maker” inasmuch as it mitigated our anxiety about possible confrontations and procedural delays. His description of the process was indicative of vast experience, purposefulness, and concern for our well being. As he explained the Concierge service, he evidenced a truly personal connection to us as clients after the contract was signed. “I” will be your connection with service, with loaner delivery, and with assuring your complete satisfaction. How refreshing it was to feel his true connection not only with your agency but, as importantly, with us now and in the future. Additionally, Matthew’s offer to come to the dealership even on his day off to program an additional cell phone was spontaneously and generously offered. Certainly, this offer is indicative of a person with a strong work ethic, a generous spirit, and a strong association with his profession and its inherent responsibilities. This is my fourth Lexus acquired from Stewart Schnissel. Stu has always been very accommodating. This was especially true when we had a slight accident with one of the older cars. I came in to lease an IS 350 RWD F-Sport. Not only did Steve the salesperson show me the exact vehicle I wanted, he took me for a test drive and showed me the service department. He went above and beyond for me and his service was exceptional. I got a great deal and not only will I be going back in three years, but I will also send my family and friends.
