My experience with Fred Sachmechi was outstanding. Fred took a great deal of time with my wife and I answering all of the questions we had regarding which car to purchase. He took on a very informative test drive and back at the showroom continued to display patience and a real willingness to make things as clear as possible for us. When we picked up our new Lexus GS Fred again took as much time as we needed to go over the features of our new vehicle. Our experience with Blaise Curci was very similar. Blaise explained the features and benefits of the accessories we were interested in with no hard sell. In summary, our experience with Fred and Blaise was exemplary. More
I like Lexus of Massapequa and this is my third car I bought or leased from it. Their sale persons are always friendly and pleasant to do the business. My previous RX350 came from this dealer and the lease was coming to an end in a little over a month. They had been trying to work a deal with me since December each time waiting for Lexus to come out with th coming to an end in a little over a month. They had been trying to work a deal with me since December each time waiting for Lexus to come out with the right "special". I decided that it made sense to wait until the lease was almost over so the dealer wouldn't have the expense of buying out the remaining payments and my three year old car was still perfect so there was no need to rush. Lexus came out with their March super duper special, Chris called me to say he now has numbers that work. And they sure did. From the time of his call to me, until they delivered the new car to my office was about five hours. I had been talking with Chris for about 3 months and he knew what I wanted and expected. We kept in touch until he could do the deal we both knew was right. The few times and I mean very few times I had to take my Lexus to them for service I found them to be excellent for both their competence and friendliness. I am not the easiest guy to please, in fact it was because of the service and also terrible quality of the automobile that I switched from a Grand Cherokee to Lexus. I will recommend Chris and Dan to anyone, if they can put up with me anyone else should be a piece of cake. Marvin More

My husband Ryan and I came down to the decision that we wanted a Lexus GS. Ryan had contacted some Lexus dealerships looking to see who would give us the best offer. Unfortunately many of them didn't have wanted a Lexus GS. Ryan had contacted some Lexus dealerships looking to see who would give us the best offer. Unfortunately many of them didn't have the GS we wanted which was grey with the red leather. It wasn't until he came into contact with Bert Hall who not only said he had the car BRAND NEW and in the color we desired, but also gave us amazing offers that we couldn't turn down. We immediately rushed to the Lexus of Massapequa and made the deal. Bert was so friendly and his interest was making us happy and giving us exactly what we wanted putting our interests first. He also introduced us to Larry Smath the financial adviser, who was great himself. He knows how to keep his customers comfortable and makes it his priority to have a good relationship with his customers. We HIGHLY recommend Bert and Larry to everyone who is looking to buy a Lexus. These are the go to guys who have definitely made our day and definitely have the best knowledge in knowing what they are doing. I HATE buying a new car. Our first new car many many I HATE buying a new car. Our first new car many many years ago turned out to be a lemon and was an overall traumatic experience for me. My most re I HATE buying a new car. Our first new car many many years ago turned out to be a lemon and was an overall traumatic experience for me. My most recent car purchase was unnerving as well. So it was with more than a little hesitation and a significant need for a new vehicle that I forced myself to walk into the Lexus dealership, the third dealership I visited on Sunday, March 2. Salesman Stew Schnissel was "up at bat", extended his hand in introduction and we were off and running. (Did I mention I absolutely LOATHE buying a new car?) Stew is a soft-spoken, laid back gentleman, who calmly and quietly inquired what I was looking for. Never, at least not at this point, did I feel any pressure at all. I listed the few "necessities" that the car needed to have, which narrowed my choices to two: a sedan and an SUV. When he asked my preference, my answer was "blue"....because I HATE buying.....you get the idea! It happened so subtly, I'm not exactly sure how, but I found myself behind the wheel of the Lexus RX 350 going for a test drive. The rest is history. As Stew explained ALL the features and I became more and more disconcerted, he calmly assured me that I was more than capable of learning what to do and how to do it. (He obviously mistook this "dinosaur" for a technologically savvy individual. I allowed him that delusion!) Slowly and carefully he detailed the interior and exterior of this magnificent chariot! (I am old enough to understand chariots!) His kindness and patience were remarkable! With no pressure at all, I was sold! It was time to talk numbers. I braced myself for the pressure play, but it never came. When the range was a little higher than I had planned for, he brought in "THE KID": enter Chris Bahamonde. A whiz with numbers, Chris reconfigured the amount to what was within my realm. Still skiddish, I told him I needed to sleep on it. Chris attempted to get me to sign on the dotted line. (Here comes the pressure play, I thought) When I told him that I would worry and not be happy if I committed at that moment, he IMMEDIATELY backed off and said: "We want you to be happy. Think about it tonight and come back in tomorrow to firm up the deal." Handshakes all around and I was out of there. Amazing! I returned the next day feeling more relaxed and almost confident. I was then introduced to Larry Smath (LareLexus according to his license plate). We discussed financing, as well as all my fears and concerns. Larry was kind, considerate, and has a great sense of humor. He listened patiently, responded to each of my questions and concerns, and made me feel totally confident that I had made just the right choice for me. When our discussion ended, I gave him a big hug, forgetting that he is not a relative; but definitely considering him a friend that I can call upon at any time if I have a problem with my vehicle. Stew spent the better part of two hours with me that afternoon, patiently reviewing the vehicle, programming the navigation system, downloading my cell phone, programming the radio, and sitting with me until I felt comfortable enough to call this car my own. I drove out of the dealership feeling relaxed, confident and very, very happy! (Did I mention how I HATED buying a new car? Not true any more!) Car buying doesn't get any better than this thanks to Salesman Stew, THE KID Bahamonde, and my new friend, Larry Lexus! More

Both Matt Bullen and Larry Smath, in my opinion , are the best in the business. They accommodated me in every way possible. Answering every question I had and doing it with a smile.
