I had an amazing experience working with Daniel at Stokes Toyota Hilton Head. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. At first, we weren't able to find something that fit within my budget, and I was honestly getting ready to leave. Before I did, Daniel and the team took the time to look at a few more options and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and very close to my budget. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into making it work. I also came in a little unprepared, but Daniel never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Instead, he walked me through everything I needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every detail without rushing the process. The finance manager I worked with (I unfortunately don't remember his name) was just as wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything, making sure I chose the options that made the most sense for the long-term. When I picked up my vehicle, Daniel went above and beyond. He patiently showed me all of the features, helped me get everything set up, and even helped me move all of my belongings from my old vehicle into my new one. As well as removing stickers I required to keep. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much he cares about his customers. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Daniel and the team at Stokes Toyota made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. I highly recommend asking for Daniel if you're in the market for a vehicle.
