Melissa was a joy to work with. She listened to my needs and took the time to understand where I was at in purchasing a new car. I also greatly appreciate that when I said I was early in the shopping proces and took the time to understand where I was at in purchasing a new car. I also greatly appreciate that when I said I was early in the shopping process, she respected that and did not hound me with phone calls. It is unfortunate that at this time, a Honda vehicle did not fit my needs as it was a pleasure dealing with the dealership. If Honda has the right vehicle for my family, we will be back. More

After getting the run around from the Bluffton Store, people recommended that we go to Beaufort. What a difference. After JR talked to us, he introduced us to Matt and he did the introduction of the Priu people recommended that we go to Beaufort. What a difference. I live but a short distance from the new Stokes-Brown dealership but prefer to drive 20 miles to the Beaufort location all the service peple there are fantastic. They are mentioned by name above.They are extremely knowledgible and always aim to please. I have total confidence in their recommendations and knowledge. Paying my bill is made a lot more pleasant due to the presence of Dee Cohen who is the account person that I deal with. Again very pleasant. The "Shining Light" of the front end of the dealership is a young women by the name of Connie Breland, who is the receptionist/console operator. She is truly amazing as she handles incoming calls with a skill and a pleasantness that is exceptional. I am very pleased with Stokes-Brown Toyota of Beaufort and will continue to do business with the people at this location. More
