Had a very bad experience today. Went into the dealership to test drive and purchase a used car with my son. He test drove the car and loved, it the salesman was great. We set up the appointment with the dealer days earlier. On the day we had our appointment the dealer raised the price of the vehicle. They knew we were coming and still raised the price. I told them about the price change and tried to get them to come down on the price. After discussing with the salesman and his floor manager, the floor manager actually raised his voice in a very unprofessional manner. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I could not possible recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I read all these positive reviews and think, geez, how much money are these people getting paid to say this. My mothers car has been parked at their shop almost 2 months now. This guy Charles (collision estimator) cant even repsond to emails. When I called him out once, he lied and said, oh, I typed an email, thought it sent but it went to my drafts - Yes, thats what he wanted me to believe. I now have a 78 year old mother missing doctor appoinments because her car still sits there at their shop and I sit here still waiting on whats going on with her it. Maybe this division is different than all these postive reviews I read but I will absolutly never recommend nor ever take a car there to get it fixed again - If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would.
