I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car, and knew I wanted another Mazda. Chuck was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. After sale I paid to have Stokes Mazda register my new vehicle and obtain a new license plate. After a month the new license plate had not arrived I contacted the dealership. To my surprise they had not o vehicle and obtain a new license plate. After a month the new license plate had not arrived I contacted the dealership. To my surprise they had not obtained a new license plate and registration, but had without my knowledge or permission instead transferred the plate and registration from another car I owned and was driving causing the vehicle to be unregistered. When I called the dealership I was told there was nothing they could do, forcing me to go to DMV and re-register the vehicle. Once this was done I called Stokes Mazda and asked them to refund the money I paid for them to register my vehicle since I had to do what I paid them to do. They refused, which infuriated me. If you hire someone to do a job and they don’t do it why should I pay them? More
