we Just got Kia Carnival, love this car JJ was a great salesman, explained everything with no pressure..... As I'm driving, my sunroof blow up like volacano, called the Kia dealer and the just sad to cal salesman, explained everything with no pressure..... They didn't offer any help, even said " we don't have loaner cars" Im soo disappointed in Stokes Kia I'm not even sure if is safe to drive after repair? More

They sold the car without advanced notice to make additional money and left me with a loan I no longer needed. Jason Orvin, Sales Agent lead me to believe our deal was finalized and I could come back with loan to process the sale, I even offered $1000 down but he did not need per Jason. I later went to discuss the matter with Manager Ken Carter as my vehicle was sold from under me as well as the 6 hours of time from my business day I lost. Ken had nothing to offer but a very sarcastic apology while the sales agent sat in the managers office and laughed through the glass walls. #baitandswitch #shadycarsalesmen More

My new vehicle had a recall and I was unable to take the car in so the Service Department picked the vehicle up, completed the recall and returned the vehicle three hours later. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !!!! FIRST OF ALL THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY TAKE DAYS TO CALL YOU BACK,IF AT ALL.. I HAVE HAD MY SORENTO IN THERE MORE TIMES THEN I CAN COUNT. MY LI TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY TAKE DAYS TO CALL YOU BACK,IF AT ALL.. I HAVE HAD MY SORENTO IN THERE MORE TIMES THEN I CAN COUNT. MY LIGHTS ON THE DASHBOARD WOUDN'T GO OUT. THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS SO THEY CALLED KIA TECHLINE. THEY SAID I NEEDED A BRAKE MODULE ( VERY EXPENSIVE ) THAT DIDN'T FIX IT EITHER. SO NOW THEY SAID I NEEDED ANOTHER PART FOR $2,650. AND THEY CAN NOT EVEN TELL ME IF THAT WILL FIX IT. WE TALKED TO STROM ALTMAN AS WELL, JUST MORE RUN AROUND. I DID NOT BUY MY KIA HERE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I KNOW OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AT THIS DEALERSHIP..I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. More
