We went on Saturday solely for my partner to test drive a CRV. After some deliberation, bright and early Monday morning we were there to make purchases. Initially, I was not looking, but I told Anne my situation, and she made it happen. We both knew with my tight budget there wouldn't be many options. All I needed was one awesome option, and that's exactly what Anne found! A 2022 Honda Pilot, which I have name Noir Lightning! (the pics of her are not the best, I am no photographer) The entire staff was friendly and down right good people. Special shout out to the specific staff members that helped us along the way: Anne was my Sales person, Melissa a Sales Manager, Rodney a Sales Manager, Kenny a Sales Manager, Prince was my Finance Manager. All of the staff treat you like a family and take great care of you from start to finish. I was so excited to get my Pilot that I hugged darn near every name I mentioned above. They were each just as happy for me, and again felt like family. Both my partner and I bought cars from Stokes North. We both had a great experience. If you are looking for a vehicle go see them, you won't regret it! They are nice, thorough, and above all else honest. I don't think I will be bale to buy a care from anywhere else, which is fine, they are worth the drive. Addendum: This morning Jaime followed up with me to see if there was anything I needed after making a purchase with Stokes North. I gave a glowing review of all the staff and told her I would be back when I am in the market for another car. More
I brought my 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring to Stokes Honda because the low tire pressure light came on. They told me one of my tires needed to be replaced because it had something in it that they could Honda because the low tire pressure light came on. They told me one of my tires needed to be replaced because it had something in it that they couldn’t plug. So, I bought a new tire for a little over $400.00 to include mount balance ect. About three months later the same thing happened so I took it back in to Stokes Honda. They said one of the other tires needed to be replaced because it had a foreign object that they couldn’t plug. So, I took it to a tire shop for a second opinion and they couldn’t find anything and all my tires were at the proper inflation. They reset the tire pressure sensor, and now two months later, I have the same low tire pressure light coming on. I checked all four tires, and the pressure is 35 Lbs. each. I believe Stokes Honda had me buy a new tire that I didn’t need at the first time, and tried to get me to buy another tire when there is something wrong with the low tire pressure sensor. I’ll never do business with Stokes Honda again! More

Given them 4 or 5 chances and still batting zero in my book. Never again! More
