The car was just as clean when I left as it was when I arrived. That in itself should be an evaluation category which could have been "Great." I have been impressed with Stokes Honda North from our initial contact with Jesse Reeves the Sales Representative; it was the best automobile purchasing experience that we've ever had. My wife and I parked and before we were even out of the car a salesman came to hound us. I already had a bad feeling about this place. We originally went to look at the accords but after seeing the list car a salesman came to hound us. I already had a bad feeling about this place. This civic was back in a garage. Rather than taking the car out of the garage for us to look at, he took us into the garage. We stepped through oil and water on the floor. My wife almost slipped and fell over. We looked at the civic and while I was looking, on the bench next to the car was a nudie magazine that was opened. This was not a very professional atmosphere. The we walked around a little more, then the salesman took us inside the dealership. We then waited while he looked at the incoming car lists. The salesman did not seem to know what he was doing so my wife said good bye and we left after about 5 minutes. We will never come back here again. It was a bad atmosphere and traditional used car salesman tactics. We did not buy a car and never will from this place. More
