It is easy to make an appointment and the wait time for the appointment and for the service is better than expected. Raymond walked out to meet me as soon as I drove in and was very efficient with all the the appointment and for the service is better than expected. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Gary sold my roommate a car in January of 2009 and again about a week before my purchase. Customer service was awesome to say the least, they really seemed to care about my needs as far as price and technology. Jesse worked hard to get my price down to what I needed to be able to purchase the car. Honestly, without Jesse's help, I wouldn't have been able to get the Civic and would have had to go look at a new Suzuki SX4 at a different dealer. More

I was shopping for a new Honda. When I met the salesman, Phil, he was very friendly and courteous with a good knowledge of the vehicles. However, when I encountered the sales manager he was very high press Phil, he was very friendly and courteous with a good knowledge of the vehicles. However, when I encountered the sales manager he was very high pressured and pushy. Before I went car shopping, I had spent considerable time researching the different antics that the dealerships use to try and get the most $$ from the customers. The sales manager used a lot of the antics that I read about and when he found out that I was not interested in "buying a car today" or the financing, he did not seem interested in helping me purchase a car. My husband made a second attempt for me with another sales manager and also had a bad experience. I ended up making my car purchase with CarMax. I got the car I really wanted. I had absolutely no pressure, wonderful professional people, and got an awesome price and trade-in. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Stokes to anyone, but would highly recommend CarMax. More
Phil was extremely helpful in helping my family pick a new car. It was very short notice because my Jeep broke down and I needed a new car asap. chrissy was great as always. i understand that i came in on a saturday and they were very busy. i work nights and the night before when i got off work at 3am my light was on that said tire pressure was not on a saturday and they were very busy. i work nights and the night before when i got off work at 3am my light was on that said tire pressure was not even. the next day i had to be at work for a benefit at 8am. when there was a lull time at work i asked if i could go up to honda to have my tires checked because i have the nitrogen in my tires. the next day would have been sunday so i really had no choice but to go then. when i got to honda they took my car right back. come to find out there was a nail in my tire and it could be plugged. that was great news. over an hour later i asked how much longer because i was supposed to be back at work. they said it shouldn't be much longer. she gets my paperwork and asks if i want to go ahead and pay so that when my car is done i can go, i said sure. i was looking through the window no one had been around my car for at least 30 minutes. they tried to say the tire machine was around the corner where i couldn't see and the guy must be there working on the tire. i am a woman but i know that it doesn't take an hour and a half to plug a tire. about 15 minutes later he was back at my car putting the tire back on and i finally got to go back to work. i asked if he checked all the tires, he said he did. needless to say, work was not believing me and very unhappy about how long i had been gone. when i had came in the last time to get my oil change, they didn't reset the oil life again. which is twice now they have forgotten to do that. i love honda and my 2 favorite car salesman ever work there. i will always buy my cars from them as long as they are in the business. i have bought from them there at stokes honda twice. the service has been better there over the last couple years but it is starting to slip in the actual mechanic/shop area. thank you for your time. melissa renee' deaton More
