Customer service was great and for one of the first times in the long time I am pleased to say that customer service was awesome some of the best that I have experienced in a long time. My one issue was with the service that was performed on my vehicle. I came in for my 100,000 mile service and was expecting it to be pricey but I was not anticipating spending over a thousand dollars. And with getting an 100,000 mile service and for what it cost I would have thought that all of the basic stuff would have been done as well. Oil Change Fluids Checked and Changed, etc., etc. I will say that after asking about an oil change because I was due one your guys took the vehicle back and changed the oil for me but I would have thought that would have been a given not something I would have to ask for. I would like to see a better explanation of what is being paid for when I come in for the one of the first times since I have been coming to you guys for service this is one of the first times that I felt as if I was being treated like a female in an auto body shop. Especially after going and checking around on how much it would have cost to take my vehicle elsewhere other than Stokes to get it serviced!! I love Stokes and I love my Honda which is why I bring it there for service but I have to be honest and say now that I have gotten my 100,000 mile service I will be going elsewhere for all things. I thank you for the great service that you have provided over the years!! More
I was very pleased with Tony's service. He did everything to satisfy my requests including exchanging the initial car I chose and getting a silver car for me. The dealership sold us a new vehicle that had an issue with he a/c vent as well as not being very clean when received. There was a set negotiated and agreed upon price and then the dealership decided to with he a/c vent as well as not being very clean when received. There was a set negotiated and agreed upon price and then the dealership decided to add almost a thousand dollars to the price for taxes, tags, and document fees. Instead of requiring the buyer to split the cost they shoud have negated these amounts entirely. After the sale price was agreed upon I as the customer had to wait over an hour for a financial service member with the dealership to finalize the loan. What a joke of an operation! I should have been able to pay immediately for the vehicle and walk out of the door with my ready to go new vehicle. Stokes Honda is failing in providing a good environment for customer service. More

Service department lacks communication with each other. I always have to explain the issue 2-3 times when working with multiple employees. Learn to use a computer and keep records of conversations. The miscommunication led to a service being performed on the car that I did not need or want. When working with the employee in parts, he obviously acted as if he did not want to work, doing the minimum amount of effort required to take care of me. Quality of work is poor. They could not even get the windows tinted properly on my new Pilot after 3 tries. If they can't even tint windows properly, can they be trusted with major repairs? The sales department was great, but I'm questioning if I should continue doing business with the service department. More
