After the service was completed and my vehicle was parked in the pickup spot , I waited more than 30 minutes and no one came looking for me. Upon arrival each time I take my car in for service, the service advisors use high pressure sale tactics for you to allow additional services. I will probably start using another auto shop since my vehicle is out of warranty. More

I was told at a 18k service that there was a recall on the fuel pump. I was told the part had to be ordered. I went into waiting area for the service and for what seemed to be longer than expected. I went up to service desk to see what was taking so long and then was told the part was available and it was installed. Why didn’t anyone come into the service area to tell me this? My car stunk like gas when I got it back. There were black finger prints inside my door on the leather. I always get my car back dirty. After a major service I read where they are supposed to wash your car for free. A wash would have helped the gas smell. I’m changing dealerships. I like the waiting area. Next time I’m going to the one closer to my house. More
