I love this dealership! ! The service level from Sales to Service is outstanding. I stopped by the dealership (without an appointment) and they were extremely accommodating ! The service level from Sales to Service is outstanding. I stopped by the dealership (without an appointment) and they were extremely accommodating in putting on my splash guards. All work was done within an hour with a positive attitude. A special thank you to Arvin the Sales Manager who made it happen. This is one of the better dealerships for service in my immediate area. Highly recommend that you take your Subaru to this dealership. More

I have always had good service at Stohlman. I bought my Subaru Legacy there in 2016 and have had it serviced there ever since. Friday night I took my 2 grandsons out to dinner and we stopped to gas. Afte Subaru Legacy there in 2016 and have had it serviced there ever since. Friday night I took my 2 grandsons out to dinner and we stopped to gas. After the fillip the car wouldn’t start completely dead! I called AAA and they said 150 wait. My son came and jumpstarted the car - it started right up so I drove it home. Next morning it started fine so I brought it to Sterling. A very pleasant woman named Kaylee Anderson waited on me and brought me the results of the test. The battery failed so I had to get a new one. I was a bit surprised bc the battery was 3 years old but she explained that I made a short drive, stopped for an hour, made another short drive, then stopped again. The battery didn’t have time to recharge and it was very cold. My advisor was Kaylee Anderson and she was very helpful and kept me informed promptly what was happening. I was very satisfied with the service. The waiting room is pleasant and the wait not long. I have one suggestion though. not for me but for Kaylee and her workers. She is outside behind a podium to give “express service” but it is quite cold now and she and her colleagues can be just as efficient if they are located inside the door. There are stations there where we used to go until a few months ago. Perhaps the being outside is because of Covid and if so I guess that’s good. But if not I think they should be inside where it’s more comfortable. Sorry to be so long. I like your dealership and the people who work there. More
