That decision to replace a part in advance of its failure is a hallmark of the personal concern for its customers that I have seen demonstrated by Stolhlman Subaru of Hendon and now Sterling. It is the reason my last two Subaru's have been purchased from them despite the fact that I drive many miles past the Tyson's Corner location to their location in (previously in Hendon) Sterling. They really do care about their customers. More

They are professional, friendly and repairs and/or upkeep are done quickly and never a issue. Not only do I recommend them to friends and neighbors, but just sent them a customer ready to purchase a Subaru who chose them based on my experience over the years. When I'm ready I would gladly purchase from them again. Hats off to Tom Wimmer and Heather Thomas. They are the best. More
Routine Maintenance I recently took my 2015 Outback in for a service call that I had no idea how to remedy. It seems that due to a possible "ice" block, the computer sys I recently took my 2015 Outback in for a service call that I had no idea how to remedy. It seems that due to a possible "ice" block, the computer system faulted, thus making the power windows inoperable. Took the car in and the service technician immediately fixed the problem and stated that there was nothing in the Subaru Manual that would tell the owner how to fix the problem. He stated that even he had to learn the solution by experimenting with different possible remedies. BRAVO to him. It would be nice if the service manual listed possible fixes to computer glitches. The service department personnel, especially Tom and Heather have always been extremely helpful and deserve accolades for the way customers are treated. Accolades to the new facility - modern, clean, easy to get to. More

Service on our 2009 Subaru outback We were sad to see the Herndon Subaru close, being so close and friendly. But the drive from Reston out is still do-able and there was Tom Wimmer and We were sad to see the Herndon Subaru close, being so close and friendly. But the drive from Reston out is still do-able and there was Tom Wimmer and his incredible group of people (Jay & Heather) just like before.
