It was a Saturday and my wife needs her car for work d My wife's car failed a VA state inspection due to rear brake wear below the acceptable minimum. It was a Saturday and my wife needs her car for work during the week because it has the sticker for her downtown parking. I called Service Manager Tom Wimmer and explained that even though there was a 15-day grace period for making repairs, I wanted to have the car serviced that day if possible. Tom was able to fit me in and even gave me a free loaner for Saturday errands. The car was ready that afternoon before the service department closed at 4pm. I worked with service rep Heather Thomas in processing the car in and out and she was a real pleasure to work with. The team at Stohlman of Sterling is laid back and fun to deal with and I recommend them to all Subaru owners for your service needs. More
