Because of that positive impression, I saved his number and came back a few months later when it was time to purchase my Forester. Jyn is truly an exceptional salesperson! He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I hope he gets recognized for how much he contributes to making customers feel comfortable and valued. Michael, the manager, was wonderful too. He even brought my toddler crayons and a coloring book to keep him happy while we finalized details. Fernando was equally great with financing. He explained our options clearly, never pressured us, and answered every question thoughtfully. And when I came back later for the “car tour,” Emma was wonderful! She walked me through all the features, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident before leaving.
