My Subaru is 5 years old and I have been bringing it here for service the whole time. They know my car, I absolutely trust them, they have never done anything to break that trust, and I intend to return for for service the whole time. Last year I needed a battery for my vehicle and wondered if I would be able to find one less expensive at an auto parts store but in reality I was able to purchase a genuine Subaru battery at this dealership for a similar price to aftermarket and the dealership knew how to swap out the battery and reset many of the electronics that are on modern cars so the experience was see seamless and stress free. I will need tires soon and will absolutely consider this dealership versus going somewhere else based on my 5 years of service experience here. David Lee is normally my service advisor unless he is not working that day or I am using express service, but everyone in the service department have always been professional and nothing short of exceptional. More
