Amazing experience from start to finish! I first met Jyn a few months before buying when I came in just to test drive a Crosstrek. Because of that positive impression, I saved his number and came back a few months later when it was time to purchase my Forester. Jyn is truly an exceptional salesperson! He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I hope he gets recognized for how much he contributes to making customers feel comfortable and valued. Michael, the manager, was wonderful too. He even brought my toddler crayons and a coloring book to keep him happy while we finalized details. Fernando was equally great with financing.
