When we found a car of interest, we walked in and inquired about a few options. The first question Lakshman Sukar asked with a warm smile was "Would this be your first Subaru?". All of my interactions with this guy were top notch from start to finish. He made me and my wife feel very at ease with our perspective purchase. Not once did he come across forcefully or like a shark. After exploring some different trim options and expressing our needs/wants, we looked at the trade in. After that, we did some hassle free negotiation and left with exactly what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. At no point did I feel this dealership wanted to jerk me around, play numbers games or use my needs/wants against me. As a matter of fact, they cut me an amazing deal. Ironically, about the last question I was asked in the business office was also "Is this your first Subaru?" When he said that to me he smiled and shared that he owned 2. One with over 200,000 miles on it, and another a newer model. He then divulged that most of his family were Subaru owners as well. He assured me I wouldn't regret my decision with a very confident (you'll see) type of smile on his face. Needless to say, my first and last questions led me to believe that I just made a pretty sound decision with this purchase. Aside from the dealership, the impression I've gotten from any owner is that they are all repeat customers and die hard for the brand. That and the feel of the car with all of its amenities leave me with absolutely no regrets. More

I searched forums, google reviews, yelp reviews, etc and fi The search for a quality dealership to service my '15 Series.Blue BRZ was not an easy one. I searched forums, google reviews, yelp reviews, etc and finally decided to check out the little place in Herndon. Man, that was the best choice I could have made! Both visits have been fantastic, the most recent being at the new Sterling location. Excellent facilities, clean and well stocked. I helped myself to some hot chocolate since it was a cold, rainy day. I was quoted an hour and a half for a 12K service and tire installation/alignment. It ended up taking about three hours but Jay was extremely communicative and I wasn't left wondering why it was taking so long. He also tried to help another customer with a decision regarding her emissions test, laying out a few different options and offering to see what the wait time at their old station was since it would be about two hours until they could get to her vehicle. That was really nice to see, he was very patient and did his best to help her make the best decision for her. It's very clear that the people who work here(at least from what I've seen in the service dept) enjoy what they do and that makes it a much more enjoyable experience to come in for services. More

One common factor that we experienced in both locations was outstanding customer service. They could not have improved the way they dealt with us in either sales or service. More

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were on the market for two new cars and walked out with a new 2016 Subaru WRX and 2016 Subaru Forester. My husband wanted to see a fully equipped blue Subaru Outback which they had in stock at Stohlman and I agreed to go along even though I very much dislike the typical car-buying process (my husband purchased our last 2 cars by himself). Vic Ejaz was our salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in detail. At no point in the process did we feel intimidated or pressured. As we talked about the car we heard other sales people on the phone and they seemed to be going out of their way to satisfy the callers. My husband had done his research and made Vic aware of his expectations. It was a very comfortable transaction and truly a pleasure to work with Vic and other staff at Stohlman. More
