Took care of it all! I called to make an appointment for an oil change and safety inspection and inquired about the status of the an airbag recall on the car. Parts have been hard to come by and Stohlman was working on a limited number of cars as the replacement parts came in. The service rep was able to schedule me for the airbag replacement on the same day as my oil change/safety inspection. I called in on a Thursday and I received and appointment for the following Wednesday. The dealership offered me a loaner for the day and the gas was on them. I have been with Stohlman of Herndon (now Sterling) for years now and have always received exemplary service from them. I highly recommend them! More

Quickly Stohlman management addressed the medical issue and substituted in Fernando. Fernando was very calm and reassuring; took me on a test drive; and addressed my questions professionally and respectfully. He balanced his concerns about his co-worker with my needs as a buyer. There was no pressure to make the deal that day, so we completed the trans actions 2 days later. Wow, I love the 2017 Subaru Forester. Thanks Fernando!!!
