A very good experience I'd pretty much rather have a root canal than buy a new car. But Michael and Joe along with Anson, made this a very good experience. After having been to several Subaru Dealerships and not being able to strike the deal I wanted, or having the deal changed once I got there to what was agreed upon on the phone, these guys stuck to their word. Honestly, I didn't quite get the deal I wanted, but I got close and I think we both walked away feeling pretty good about it. (I've been told by others that I can drive a hard bargain, maybe I was a little beyond or too close to the limits). But everyone there was great! They new I wanted to get moving as I drove a pretty good distance to them and it was going to be rush-hour traffic returning. End result is no one was dragging their feet through the process. Granted, a lot of things were discussed over the phone prior to going there, including down payment, financing etc. bottom line is, not only was everyone professional but very warm, open and straight forward. NO xx games. I would have to strongly consider Stohlman again for any new car purchase. Again, the whole team worked quite well together. Thanks guys! I'm really liking the Crosstrek Bill P.S. Concerning the rest of the review. I can't comment on service or quality of work as I've had no experience with them at this point other than sales. Could not image a better buying experience I bought an 08 Acura TSX from Stohlman in October '16 for my son. The car was in great condition so there was little to talk about. Believe me when I tell you that I am a car buying veteran. I research like crazy and I have been in no less than 75 different dealers (and bought both new and pre-owned, high-end to low). Stohlman sets the standard for them all. By the time everything was done I didn't even realize I was in a dealership. I am not a big fan of Subarus but this place was so good I am actually going to look at them before my next car. I highly recommend them. The way car buying should be. Great service, great people Though I bought my car at Stohlman's Tyson's location, I do my servicing at this one. Last year I had a minor issue with my audio system and, after dropping off my car, they drove me to work in Reston, then picked me up at the end of the work day for my car. Everything was fixed and they walked through the entire process of linking my phone so that it stayed linked. I recently had an issue where the ABS light came on and the seatbelt sensor under the driver's seat wasn't working. I got a free loaner car for more than two days. They fixed the ABS light issue for free, even though they realized half way through that it was no longer under warranty, and we discussed the cost/benefit of dealing with the seatbelt light. I've always found them to be fair and honest, and never had them push me for things I didn't need. Assuming I get another Subaru, I know where I'm buying my next one. More

What I liked most about Stohlman Subaru was I did not have to pay a cashier through a slot in caged off area of the dealership...that alone is a very nice touch when having your car serviced at Stohlman! I also liked that I was not bombarded with phone calls and emails within hours of my service asking how it was! I stopped going to another dealership after receiving a total of five phone calls and emails in less than 24 hours asking how the service was...Stohlman Subaru waited a week to ask, and only one email was sent...THANK YOU! I highly recommend Stohlman Subaru!! More
