Satisfaction Guaranteed! During February 2017 I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle in Sterling, Va. All said & done a 2012 Impreza was purchased from Stohlman Auto of Ster During February 2017 I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle in Sterling, Va. All said & done a 2012 Impreza was purchased from Stohlman Auto of Sterling Va. During the negotiation & subsequent purchase of the vehicle an element of disagreement concerning the sale was brought to light. After limited discussion with Stohlman Auto, agreement & resolution was reached with terms that were acceptable to both Stohlman & myself. Without their willingness to put my satisfaction as a customer first this would not have been achieved & instead of recommending this dealer to others I would be turning prospective customers to a more accommodating dealership. Any prospective buyer who values a car dealership that will stand by their advertisement of working to achieve customer satisfaction & promoting good will toward their customer should consider Stohlman Auto of Sterling. They will "fit the bill!" To Stohlman Auto I would say getting this sort of reputation can be relatively easy, keeping it is another story. As clich'e as it may sound, it is a fact that success in any business is a consequence of customer satisfaction. Thanks Stohlman Auto for considering me more than just "another sale". More
