I had a very excellent experience at Stohlman Automotive. I wanted to buy a new car so I scheduled an appointment to look at the cars I am interested in and do a quick test drive. He gave me enough explanations about the three cars I test drove and answered all my questions. There was no pressure or rushing in making my final decision. I chose the car I liked and the process went smoothly. I will definitely go back to that dealership in the future for another new car and I truly recommend Mr. Mohamed Hassan if you are interested in buying a car. More

Pushy dealership who was unwilling to work with us. Would have happily traveled at a time convenient to us but the sales manager had to get the car off the lot “today”. I moved to Virginia from California on Wednesday. On Thursday I came in to the dealership and bought a Subaru Ascent. I actually messed up and chose the wrong warranty -- noticed later that night after the papers were all signed -- called Peter and he had me come in to make the adjustment. I was horrified about the mistake and thought I would be stuck with it forever... but instead Peter had the change order waiting for me to sign when I returned -- no charge! Thank you for this great Welcome to Virginia! Oh, and did I mention that I got a great price? PS I feel a bit odd raving about my experience on some ratings website... but it truly was a "five star experience". Thanks again everyone! More

Set an appointment for a little service. Took our much loved Subaru in. Grabbed one of their bikes, just like I've heard advertised on the radio and rode the trail. Then prior to leaving and driving 1 1:2 hours to get there I tested George to verify we were coming and he said “see you soon”. When we arrived he said “oh I’m sorry that vehicle sold yesterday.” He completely lied and wasted 3 hours of my life. Never going back to this dealer. I highly recommend going somewhere else that won’t lie to you. More
