Excellent experience working with Vickey at Stohlman. I had a poor experience with Sam Kang. This was for my two month checkup of a new VW which is intended to be a good time to bring up concerns with quality before they turn into bigger ones This was for my two month checkup of a new VW which is intended to be a good time to bring up concerns with quality before they turn into bigger ones. I had been experiencing some clattering from the rear of the car and looked on ID.4 forums seeing if anyone else had this occur, hoping to actually avoid a trip to the dealer. Other people noted past issues with a loose underbody panel which I also found. When I mentioned this to Sam he made an snarky comment about me looking on forums. Not a great initial experience. Of course the dealer didn’t find anything wrong and I question if they even put the car on a lift to look underneath. More

Vickey was a pleasure to work with, and remembered that I was looking for a hard to get model that another buyer backed out of. I don’t even think it was 2 days later that she answered my million questions, was looking for a hard to get model that another buyer backed out of.
