Either the vehicles just did meet her satisfaction or the sales staff were unfriendly/unknowledgeable. Boy, am I glad that Stohlman Automotive turned our luck around. My wife and I stopped into this dealer 12/31/2016 in hopes to test drive a Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited. We are young (25) and look even younger. We have always had an issue with being taken seriously by salesman. This dealer ship was VERY busy being the end of year, as I'm sure most dealership were that day. We felt overlooked by the sale staff for about a minute as we meandered the show room. Christopher La Porte came running past, stopped, and turned around. He asked if we were being helped and we responded, "not yet." He dropped whatever it was he was doing and made us comfortable at his desk. Chris took us on a VERY informative test drive. Then, let us head out on our own. For the first time my wife ended a test drive with a smile on her face. I as well was very impressed with the car. Once we returned Chris had pulled information on a vehicle that matched the color and accessories we were looking for. Originally we were just interested in test driving and researching. However, Chris gave us a deal that we just could not walk away from. He walked us through the numbers and then gave us the space we needed to discuss the financial decision. With all combined, we ended up buying a car that night. When we returned to pick up the car 1/2/2017 Chris again was very helpful in getting my wife all setup in the car. As there was a TON of technology and information to walk her through. I work as a manager in IT support. I must say; Chris is a class A instructor. He had us walking away fully informed on the vehicle and even offered his cell phone contact in case anything else should come to mind. In all Chris made us feel like family and that he was someone we could trust. Truly one of the best car shopping/buying experiences I have had. More
