I went to Stohlman in Tyson's Corner based on an internet search. They had the car I had been searching for with the options I wanted at a great price - lower than any of the other VW dealerships in the are search. They had the car I had been searching for with the options I wanted at a great price - lower than any of the other VW dealerships in the area. Deiter Conrad, the salesman, was great. He was very friendly and personable. More importantly, he was very knowledgable about the car. The whole process was so smooth and without any of the high-pressure and shady tactics I have experienced at other dealerships (Toyota). It made my decision to buy my new 2011 VW Tiguan an easy one. Throughout the process from shopping/test driving to negotiating the price to follow-ups on my level of satisfaction, Deiter and Stohlman VW have exceeded my expectations.
