Amazing to a point Recently purchased a Jeep Compass Latitude which I love. Was helped by Tony Navarro (salesman) & Kerri Elkund (finance). Tony was excellent. His custo Recently purchased a Jeep Compass Latitude which I love. Was helped by Tony Navarro (salesman) & Kerri Elkund (finance). Tony was excellent. His customer service and knowledge of the vehicle exceeded my expectation. Because of him I walked out with a new car rather than just looking and inquiring like I intended to do. Kerri was extremely patient, answered all my questions and worked hard to get me the best APR. She treated me with the upmost respect. Two days later I had to go back to re-sign my contract for a better APR and lower payment. Yay. Except, I got a different finance person, Freddy Estrada. Upon meeting Freddy I did not get a good vibe. I was rushed and felt I was inconviencing him. He had to contact Kerri for assistance with my contract. I sat with Freddy for approximately 20 minutes signing paperwork and he did not even try to learn my name. I wish I had waited for Kerri to return to work. After signing the new contract I asked if I could wait a few more days to pay my deposit of $2000. Freddy got irritated which he showed it in his body language and the way he spoke to me. He walked off and spoke with “The manager.” While speaking with the manager who’s name I did not get, I became upset. They talked about me like I wasn’t sitting right outside the door of the office. Tony picked up on my frustration and moved me from the door. Tony apologized and spoke with me in an attempt to distract me from the negativity. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase but I will never purchase another vehicle with them if Tony or Kerri are not present. More
