(No, really keep chatting with each other, I don't really need to get back to work). I HATE coming to this place for oil changes but like an idiot purchased the maintenance package with my car. This is the 9th visit and it's the same every stinking time. Once my service plan is up I'm never coming back here. Oh wait, there's the smiling guy now and I only had to stand in a line with no one but me for 10 minutes. More

Great place to go! Warm greeting; explained the process and came within 1/2 of the time quoted for the services. Price in line with the amount projected. I'd return. Free recall is not free This is the second time I've gone to their service center for a recall. Of course recalls are free but they always find additional problems that are This is the second time I've gone to their service center for a recall. Of course recalls are free but they always find additional problems that are related to the recall. On both situations, the related issue was not covered. Seems like they have a competition on who can upsell more for the day. I didn't feel like they were concerned about me but just more profit. On both occasions I was told that the fix on the recall would not benefit me unless the other part was also fixed. For example, the recall was for bad airbags. They were replaced but they would not deploy unless I spent $775. So I have new airbags that won't deploy. Now why wouldn't that be part of the recall. Feels a lot dishonest. I will not return and will tell others about my experience. Also, as a side note, they open at 7am. I showed up and walked in and was greeted with "how can I help you". After my explanation, he told me to go wait outside because I was early and they weren't open... It was 6:59. Wow, how's that customer service? I barely got outside when they opened the door and said they were opened. More

Typical slimy car salesman They are great at selling you a car but anything other then that and they are TERRIBLE! They will sell you a free service package, and promise you won't have to worry about a thing for the next five years. I took my car in to have the oil changed and asked them to look it over and make sure the car is ok. They took all day and said the car was fine, less then two weeks later my battery died and I was left stranded. I had to pay for tow truck to their service department where they said the battery had been dying for a long time and someone should have caught it. (I had just given them the perfect opportunity too!) While they were fixing my car, they proceeded to fix it with out asking me if that was what I wanted or telling me the price. At that point I just had to pay for the work that had been done. They never called me, I had to call them to ask what was going on with my car. When I asked for the price they quoted me one thing but then tried to charge me double when it came time to actually pay, once again they never told me what they were charging me they just wanted my credit card information. I also cannot get my car title from them. I have called multiple times and Stockton 12 claims they have nothing to do with it and can't help me, when I call Honda financial services they will tell me they sent the title out, and offer to send me a paper saying the car has been paid off and that I will then have to go to the DMV to get a new title. I asked if they would please put a tracker on the paper stating I have paid the car off and they told me no they couldn't do that. My car has been paid off for 2 months and I still don't have this resolved. So glad I have a visit to the DMV to look forward to, if I ever get the paper they promised to send. More
