It was great to have Christie meet with me at the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the clutch slipping and yet when my husband brought the car in they said it indeed needed to be replaced. Having a female as a contact gives women a contact where they feel they will be listened to, not talked down to, and not taken for a ride because they don't know cars as well a majority of the time. I live in Lehi so coming up to Sandi is a little out of the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. The wait is never too long and my kids love the complimenta the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. Christie Nichols plays a large role in my family's continued relationship with Stockton-To-Malone Honda. I have bought my last four cars from Stockton-to-Malone, and you have every chance to sell my next car to me. Christie bends over backwards to make sure any issues with my Pilot are taken care of, and getting a service appointment is never a problem. Lara searched on line on the USAA website. We also had some service done at the dealership for our CRV. We had narrowed our search to an Odyssey and Sienna and test drove both. My wife and I were very impressed with Jim Gibbs knowledge of Honda vehicles, the competition and specifically the Odyssey. He was very honest and provided a ton of information about our car and why Honda did or didn't do things and how it compared to the Sienna. We wanted a dependable, functional and safe vehicle for our family and knew the Honda was the best choice. We feel very lucky to have come into the store without any contacts and were able to link up with Jim and get his expertise and find the last Odyssey with our features and color. I am totally satisfied with the service I get when I enter your dealership. I bought my car from Stocton and Malone and have done all of my service there since 2007. I am always greeted in a friendly enter your dealership. I bought my car from Stocton and Malone and have done all of my service there since 2007. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and am recognized by three of the different service department people and feel like we have a good relationship with each other. They all go out of their way to listen to my concerns and to get me the best possible pricing. I also know and enjoy 3 of the shuttle drivers the last one being Tony. I have even been surprised by a couple of car washes at the completion of my service which was a very nice suprise. More
2 weeks after buying our F350 we had mechanical trouble - on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental to enable us to finish the vacation. Approx. 2.5 weeks later we picked up the truck after the repairs, hooked up the camper and took the truck for a test drive. The truck started overheating when we would reach a hill (i.e. I15 at point of the mountain). Returned it to the dealership and had it back within a day. Through all of this we have been treated with courtesy and everyone has been very responsive. It's a situation that could have created a feeling tension or defensiveness, but did not. At no time did we feel a lack of support or lack of concern for the situation we were in. More
Brad was a good listener for my needs, I didn't feel rushed and felt like I could take my time in deciding what vehicle I was more comfortable with.
