This dealership is pushy ...Glenn was all right, I guess but after 3 hours when I got up to leave he insisted it would only be another 30-45 minutes. It was almost 2 more hours. I don't like night driving, the days are short at this time of year, and I had an hour drive to get home and it got later and later.(I did eventually have to drive in the dark for half the trip). In addition I was lied to about how much the CRV can pull: the general manager told me 3500 and it is really 1500...I was about to purchase a Subaru Outback and that really can pull 3000 so would have been a factor had I been told the truth. I did buy a new crv, I guess the price was ok, nothing great as I was underpaid for my trade in, (imo) but I'd never recommend StoM as a place to do business. I pray that the car is as good as my Honda Odyssey as I keep cars at least 10 years. I asked Glenn about the light going on when I open the door as figuring out how to do that on Hondas has been a problem for me and he said just turn the light on, which was wrong...if I do that the light stays on so I have to turn it off but I know there is a way to have lights go on when you open the door and he should have answered that question correctly (I still don't know how but will eventually figure it out). Right now one of the "idiot lights" is not going off so I may have to go back for service on that...one day old...yuck More
The staff (John, Kel, and Tom) are very respectful and accommodating during and after the transaction. Although it took 4 hours of hard negotiation, John was able to keep his highest level of professional accommodating during and after the transaction. Although it took 4 hours of hard negotiation, John was able to keep his highest level of professional attitude wherein me and my wife still felt very comfortable. We ended up with a great CRV with a "good" price because some of the accessories I would like to have didn't came through with the price I wanted, but the APR that Tom was able to get was excellent. Please continue with your professionalism and I will definitely recommend your dealership. More
These people are rude and pushy. We went in to just see what they had. We looked at a few of the cars and didn't like any of them. But the sales man wouldn't stop hounding us. I came to the service center with a problem with my brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot a brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot about vehicle maintenance. But Devin did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done in order to repair the brakes. He helped me understand what was wrong, and helped me feel better about the service that needed to be done to fix the problem. Devin was the reason my experience went from something that had the potential to being bad to being a good experience. More
