As a first-time car buyer, I was nervous to spend that much money on something. I did my research though and found the car I wanted to purchase, now I just needed to buy it. My mom, aunt, grandma, and I came down to Stockton 12 Honda just to look at the Honda Civics. I wasn't sure I was going to buy a car. However, Darren did a fine job selling me a 2012 Honda Civic EX (a model upgrade from the LX I was planning on buying). It was a great experience and I would recommend Stockton 12 to anyone. I felt at ease after purchasing the car and everyone was friendly. More

Derron was pleasant and courteous the entire visit. We came in to buy a used car and when we couldn't find exactly what our son was looking for we were headed out the door to continue shopping. We were stopped at the door by the bouncer who suggested we take a look at leasing and so Derron bravely drove another car with our son and it only took the 2012 Civic and the right monthly payment to seal the deal. We came into the dealer and were immediately helped and shown exactly the cars we were looking at. He was very thorough in showing us all our options with the Civic models versus the Accord models and spec shown exactly the cars we were looking at. He was very thorough in showing us all our options with the Civic models versus the Accord models and specifically with our concern of gas mileage on the 4 cylinder versus 6 cylinder. He was fast and efficient and attended to our needs and not what he wanted to sell. That was a first for us. More
Your staff was very good and thorough. There were some understandable delays and some waiting while they were doing their best to help me. Worked for a full week via email to nail down all details, esp color. Once we got to the dealership (a 2 hour round trip from home) we got the stereotypical bait and switch. the car we were promise details, esp color. Once we got to the dealership (a 2 hour round trip from home) we got the stereotypical bait and switch. the car we were promised would be waiting for us was not even available. the real unfortunate thing is that no one even bothered to apologize to us for our wasted time and effort. Id recommend you go elsewhere UPDATE: Sometimes you have to stand up for yourself as a a consumer, especially when running into the same old auto dealership stereotypes. Im glad I did via this posting and social media, but I will say that I genuinely appreciate the phone calls that came from the Stockton 12 management. I think they were sincerely sorry and hoped to remedy the situation. More
