I bought a new 2006 Honda Accord from Stockton to Malone in June of this year. Shortly after purchasing the car, I noticed damage to the finish of the vehicle. It is now 4 months later, and the damage is in June of this year. Shortly after purchasing the car, I noticed damage to the finish of the vehicle. It is now 4 months later, and the damage is still there. The dealership has worked on it for a total of 5 weeks, and it isn't repaired. They have refused to offer me a rebate on my original purchase price or allow me to trade for another vehicle. I did not get what I paid for and feel totally ripped off! Stay away from Stockton to Malone Honda! More
My experience was not positive. The salesman I worked with was very nice. His sales manager, however was extremely "high pressure". After I told him what I wanted to pay for a new CR-V he showed me the with was very nice. His sales manager, however was extremely "high pressure". After I told him what I wanted to pay for a new CR-V he showed me the invoice, wrote my offer price on the form and asked me to sign it. I was also very annoyed at the constant question "Is there any reason why you wouldn't give us a perfect service rating?" My last complaint was that after we had agreed on a price I came to find that the prices for a few of the "extras" were added to the agreed price. So be careful to look closely at what is included in the final bill. More
Ben Huntsman is by far the best car salesman I've EVER met. We told him what we were looking for (a particular year and model of a used car), and he only showed us what we wanted--we weren't pressured in met. We left to look at other dealerships, and when we came back, he showed us a car that had just come it that was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, it had just sold over the phone, so he tried to make things right and gave us a great price on the car we bought--no haggling.<br><br>Ben talked straight with us (hard to find in car dealers!) with no pressure at all. Plus, he totally made us feel like he was working for US, not the dealership.<br><br>The dealership itself was so down-to-earth and friendly. The service department there is wonderful as well. Highly recommended! More
