Should have done my homework on this dealership before using Started with the service department and the inability to reach my one and only service advisor that could give me updates to my service request. No one else in the service department could answer any questions about the service I was getting. Once I was finally able to speak to someone willing to answer my questions (3 days), they could not assure me what they were going to repair would actually solve the problem I was having. Moved over to the sales department. Sales person assured me the truck he was recommending would absolutely, positively do the job I needed to do with that truck. It did not. Nice truck, just not big enough to pull a trailer without having to spend $600 on a load leveling, sway bar system. Will cost me more as I have to retrofit my other two trailers. Sent him two emails and he never answered. Get to pay for a truck for 3 years that will simply not do the job I need it to do without spending more money to nurse it along. Disappointed. Nice truck, just not what I need. More

Dustin Beenken was exceptional to work with as he was very easy to talk to and really took the time to get to know us and our wants/needs. The entire staff in general does a great job in making the whole vehicle buying process a fun experience. We came away with an amazing deal on a dream truck and will absolutely be back when it comes time to do it again. I can't thank them enough! More

I was leasing a 2016 Lincoln MKZ and a 2015 H My wife recently had some medical issues that left her partially blind, she is unable to work or drive. I was leasing a 2016 Lincoln MKZ and a 2015 Honda Pilot. I contacted my salesman Erik Trabert and asked if he could work any deal where I could trade in both my vehicles and lease a AWD vehicle that was good on gas mileage so I could free up some cash each month to pay for medical bills and other monthly expenses since we were down to one income. The team at Stivers went way above and beyond to help us out at a time we really needed it. . I've told them that "Thank You" doesn't seem like enough for all they did, but we will be eternally grateful that they such good hearted people More
