The staff was very professional. Adam Cloud the service representative explained what service was scheduled. He answered my questions and showed me how to open the hood of the car. He wore a mask which I representative explained what service was scheduled. He answered my questions and showed me how to open the hood of the car. He wore a mask which I appreciated. It started with the sales associate, Dave Ashbaugh, who refused to provide service when I arrived at 6PM to lo DISMISSIVE and RUDE from the Top Down! It started with the sales associate, Dave Ashbaugh, who refused to provide service when I arrived at 6PM to look at vehicles on the lot. He was wandering around the lot when I asked for assistance. He was very abrupt and nasty telling me that they were already closed. This came as a surprise because I called in advance to confirm operating hours and was told 7 PM. You should know that minutes later I drove down to the office area only to find a showroom full of people who confirmed, “We close at 7 pm.” I immediately spoke with the general manager, Shane Lance. I couldn’t understand why this employee lied about closing time and was blatantly refusing to help me when that was his job. I can’t describe the lack of respect and disregard that was so much wrapped up in this workers disposition and the look on his face. All to say, the general manager agreed that it should not have happened, he would addresss the matter and he would let me know the outcome. To be sure that this incident was not overlooked, I relayed it all in an email to the owner, John Stivers, and copied Shane Lance. The results: 1. Never heard a word. No response to my email. 2. I called today, 4 days later, to speak with the owner, John Stivers. He answered and I identified myself as the CUSTOMER who sent the email last week... His response was dry and dismissive. He told me that it was not my concern how he runs his business. What?? No apology. No acknowledgement that the treatment I received was unacceptable. Nothing anyone would expect from the highest level of authority at a place of business. Wow! My only recourse at this point is to tell my story to as many people as possible. More

The rudest, most mixed up service department I have seen Long story, but here are some lowlights: 2 appt. confirmations sent, 1 for 10:00 and 1 for 10:45. Both were for the wrong issue. Extremely rude, adversarial treatment form the service rep. She actually asked me if my car had been in a wreck when I mentioned the manufacturing error found by a competitor. She hadn't even seen the car, it only has about 30K miles, is well cared for and kept in a garage. Got "no show" calls and e-mails for the appointment I showed up for ON TIME. Filled out a survey and got a phone call from the person I complained about saying wanting to know why I complained. No apology. There's more, but this is getting long. More
