I recently took my 2021 Subaru in for service and Adam (my advisor) was excellent and the service mgr Mark was nice enough to let me voice my concerns over my issue I was having with my battery and they c (my advisor) was excellent and the service mgr Mark was nice enough to let me voice my concerns over my issue I was having with my battery and they certainly took care of the issue and both of them were just fantastic to work with. My Legacy needed a warranty repair that was supposed to take around 4 hours to complete. I decided to add some routine maintenance as well and was prepared for a long wait. Waiting area offered TV and WiFi take around 4 hours to complete. I decided to add some routine maintenance as well and was prepared for a long wait. Waiting area offered TV and WiFi (all good). After ONLY 3 hours, Michaela informed me that all services had been completed and a complementary full vehicle inspection. She even provided a printed copy of the results. More

It made us not want to even continue searching for a new vehicle. Ryan Sullivan changed our entire lookout on the car buying process. He was so helpful and did everything to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was not pushy at all and wanted us to leave happy so he had us test drive several vehicles to ensure we were making the right choice. I will definitely be coming back to see Ryan with all of our purchasing needs in the future. I’ve already been bragging about our experience to family and friends because of the horror show we dealt with at other dealerships. I’m in love with the 2021 Forester Touring we purchased. Service department is just not the same as it used to be. Advisors aren’t as friendly. I feel like they’re pushing service on my car that I may not need. Do they work on commission as well as salary?
