My AC started giving me problems after about 35,000 miles. I took it in and had them look at it while it was still under warranty. They told me nothing was wrong. After my factory warranty was up, the AC stopped working completely. I waited over a month in middle of Summer with no call from Stingray letting me know the parts were in. I called to check in on the parts and they miraculously had them in stock. On top of that, I had to pay for the repair because they couldn't diagnose the issue when it was still covered under the factory warranty when I originally brought it in. I will not be doing business with Stingray in the future. More
The service representative was great but the dealership did not provide superior customer service. My 2021 truck broke down on the interstate and was towed to this facility. The next day I was advised the truck had a faulty part which was covered under the manufacturer warranty. They stated the part was on back order and they did not know when the part would come in. I asked for a vehicle I could drive to and from work while we were waiting. They stated they do not provided any loaner vehicles and stated I would have to rent one on my own. I said this was a manufacturer covered part, but that did not change anything. Renting a vehicle was $300/week. After a week there was still no date of when the part would arrive. I called another dealer 20 minutes away and they advised that they would provide a loaner or if they did not have one they would pay for a rental, since it was covered under manufacturer warranty. After 2 weeks the part came in and was fixed. The service representative was great and would call back within an hour of leaving a message. As for the dealer, I will not return for any repairs in the future. More
