The communication with this dealership is terrible. I’ve told my service advisor in a few appointments about needing my car back same day, no phone calls back nor car returned that day. I shouldn’t be the one calling the next day asking where my car is from me to be told of ya it’s ready now. Unacceptable. I still have brake issues with my car that hasn’t been fixed with 4 trips to the dealership. I’ve also had a nail in my tire and called asking about my warranty on what it covers. She didn’t answer, left her a voice message. Never returned my phone call. Had to pay out of pocket for it to be repaired to find out the next day after I called back again, that it was covered. So I’m out $30 because no call back from her. I’ve requested a new service advisor my last trip there and will NOT go back to her again. More
Normally the dealership is great. But on my last visit, I had a oil change and regular routine maintenance. They stated that I needed new brakes when I went home I checked they never But on my last visit, I had a oil change and regular routine maintenance. It was clearly obvious so I was having a very hard time understanding why I need to do brakes if they could not even check them. The technician had my car in the back for less than 20 minutes. To do a oil change, Tire rotation a full safety check. I am hoping my next visit will be better. More

Micheal was very professional and he did try to get me out the door in a timely matter. They had a 100 customers that day. And techs out. He knew I had a 4 hr drive home. So, I felt like he was trying to get me out the door. But, I feel like his techs let him down maybe by rushing through the job. I had to return my car 2 more times for something minor. That could of been caught if the tech would of slow down and make sure everything was secure. Thank you again Micheal and Stingray for helping me get back on the road. ( As your customer service receptionist that I delt with was Amazing! She went above and beyond. Thank you ma’am) More

Took my car in for an oil change, I was informed that I needed rear brakes, took it back the next day had the brakes done. It was there two days straight, I come home and get out to pick up a limb on the d needed rear brakes, took it back the next day had the brakes done. It was there two days straight, I come home and get out to pick up a limb on the driveway, looked up and saw my passenger side headlight was not working. It was there two days and no one saw it. So much for inspections. More
