The communication with this dealership is terrible. I’ve told my service advisor in a few appointments about needing my car back same day, no phone calls back nor car returned that day. I shouldn’t be the one calling the next day asking where my car is from me to be told of ya it’s ready now. Unacceptable. I still have brake issues with my car that hasn’t been fixed with 4 trips to the dealership. I’ve also had a nail in my tire and called asking about my warranty on what it covers. She didn’t answer, left her a voice message. Never returned my phone call. Had to pay out of pocket for it to be repaired to find out the next day after I called back again, that it was covered. So I’m out $30 because no call back from her. I’ve requested a new service advisor my last trip there and will NOT go back to her again. More
Normally the dealership is great. But on my last visit, I had a oil change and regular routine maintenance. It was clearly obvious so I was having a very hard time understanding why I need to do brakes if they could not even check them. The technician had my car in the back for less than 20 minutes. To do a oil change, Tire rotation a full safety check. I am hoping my next visit will be better. More
