I didn't accept and send a tow truck to pick it up. When the driver gets there he put the key in and turn on the van to put it in the flat bed and my van turns on ok. So I called Michael and asked me why the tech lied he said he will look into it and call me back. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still waiting. So that tells me that Stingray service dept is a ripoff,trying to overcharge the customers. More
