I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and have used the body shop in the past. However this experience was not like previous times. Work on my vehicle was left unfinished, and when it was poi have used the body shop in the past. However this experience was not like previous times. Work on my vehicle was left unfinished, and when it was pointed out to the staff, I was told that the missing part would be ordered and I would be notified when it arrived, at which time I could return for it to be installed. The same day my vehicle was returned to me, more damage was discovered to not have been repaired. This damage had been left off of the original quote sent to my insurance also. After waiting a minimum of a week for a phone call, I reached out to the dealership myself to discover that no one knew about the missing piece and it had never been ordered. And no new information was available about the un repaired damage because that conversation had not been documented or followed up on. We continued to reach out about both issues, the missing part and addition damage, via phone call and going to the dealership in person, but each time it was as if we were starting over from square 1. It’s been several months and we are still waiting for a resolution. More
