Besides having to always call to find out updates my part ironically didn’t ship until I finally made a fuss. My part was on back order and he has no clue when it would be in. Yet I got upset and made a fuss. Suddenly my part was on its way. My service person would tell me he’d return my call and I’d have to call back days later. I unfortunately bought my car from stingray and will have to continue to deal with them but I will NEVER be back and I probably won’t own a Chevy ever again. No only is your service department unhelpful, the car is a 2023 and has so many issues. Pure junk. More

Every interaction I have had with this dealership over the past 5 years has been frustrating and time consuming. This time the service advisor cost me about a month because he didn’t want to be helpful, r the past 5 years has been frustrating and time consuming. This time the service advisor cost me about a month because he didn’t want to be helpful, return phone calls, or help in anyway. He decided that the vehicle wasn’t under warranty due to a collision from half a year ago and refused to return my calls or help. I’ve since removed my vehicle from the property and it is being repaired under warranty by another Chevrolet dealer. The service manager was able to help in the end, but it should have never gone that far. More
I just had $5000 of repair work done on my 2014 Vet and when I went to pick it up I then told of the 3% add on from the dealership if I was told about it I would have paid with cash or check also I brought when I went to pick it up I then told of the 3% add on from the dealership if I was told about it I would have paid with cash or check also I brought the car in clean and got it back dirty after it was at the shop for 18 days More
