Unorganized and lack of communication Service sender is very unorganized. I walled in first door and the guy just looked at me as I walked by. A lady ended up pointing me back to him and he responded. That he knew I would be back. Well, he could have greeted me in the first place. Bruno, then entered my ticket then pointed me to rental. My rental agreement was for 1 day. When I rushed back next day to return car, he chuckled stating my service would take several days. Funny, because he never explained that to me ado how would I know any different. I left work early to be sure I got there on time only to be laughed at for not knowing. More

Better then most Chevrolet dealerships I put over 200 mile a day on my truck so I rack up the miles quickly. The service department is awesome. I come in once a month for an oil change and they have me back on the road with in 30 mins everytime. I had the transmission replaced in my truck at another chevy dealership closer to my house and they had my truck for a combined of 2 weeks. I just recently had the transfer case replaced at stingrays and I had my truck back in 24 hours.
