Service for 2017 Malibu. I drive 20 miles one way to go to Stingray and pass two other GM dealers. Have tried them both and they do not compare to Stingray and ther service. Service Center Visit I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in pl I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in place and packaged up the jack and tire iron components up for me to quickly stow back in its place. Frankly I never expected them to do all that. Thank you for a great service experience! More

I've had my car in the shop for repairs a few times. I've had a few parts that have needed replaced or repaired from normal wear and tear over time and I've always dealt with Bruno. He's always gone above and beyond with his service and making sure I have a car to drive if the repair will take a few days and He also makes sure I'm getting a fair price. I'm disabled and on a tight budget and He makes sure I'm okay. He's a real asset to the company. More

Horrible first impression!!! Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attit Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attitude. He was more interested in pushing me to pay $800 upfront although I explained the issue and could have easily been looked at. Instead he continued to be sarcastic as if I had no clue what I was talking about. My most recent service advisor provided work documents that shows where the issues has been coming from but Bruno had no interest in being helpful. He even made the remark it's not his job to get approval from GM to handle the problem cause it's not under warranty. News flash this is a sensory issues with has to do with electrical which means I AM COVERED under warranty. Stingray I recommend retraining this man otherwise you might have more negative reviews turning people to other chevy dealers More
