Regular maintenance Came in on a Saturday and yes without an appointment and I was fine waiting the 2.5 hours to get and oil change, tire rotation and alignment. After the 2.5 hours waiting for in the car and got on the highway and my tires were not balanced so I brought it back and the lady told me that I did not tell her to balance the tires. I told her there was not real vibration when bringing it in and I assumed a rotation of tires also included a balance but I was wrong. So she told me she couldn't get to it today and gave me a loaner!! Happy about that, what I am not happy about is I did not get an update on Monday about my car called 4pm left a message and did not hear from her until Tuesday around noon. Told me they have not gotten to it and it's in line to get it done supposedly someone was on vacation. I did not get a call until Wednesday around 2:30pm that my car was ready (couldn't get it until Thursday due to work). Why did it take 2.5 business days to do a balancing of tires!?!?!?!?!??! Not happy getting my car back 5 days later just for balancing tires, do not understand that. Oh and when I came to pick up my vehicle went to her desk someone else took care of me and she didn't say a word to me. I unfortunately will not be back to Stingray for any future maintenance or purchases. More
Excellent Service...Always!! I have been going to Stingray Chevrolet since 2010. I have purchase two trucks from them over the years and have always had them serviced there. I brought my truck in for a recent recall and oil change and Bill Sutton always takes the time to review my service history and make sure I'm getting what I need at the best deal possible without selling me service I don't need. All of the people from sales to service that I have dealt with make me feel I can trust them and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. More
Terrible experience Made appointment for minor work. Was not told truck would be kept for days! Loaner vehicle was not a truck. Loaner vehicle was not full of gas but I Made appointment for minor work. Was not told truck would be kept for days! Loaner vehicle was not a truck. Loaner vehicle was not full of gas but I was instructed to return full of gas When truck was returned tools were missing from floor of back seat. I was told by two different stingray managers that tools were never there and I was a liar. Guess my next vehicle which is less than a year away won’t be purchased from stingray Chevy. Too bad. I liked the sales guys. More

3 hours and $72 later I had an appointment and had to wait three hours with a three year old toddler for an oil change and a tire rotation. When we bought the vehicle we we I had an appointment and had to wait three hours with a three year old toddler for an oil change and a tire rotation. When we bought the vehicle we were told the oil changes for the first year were free and we were charged $72 for an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers. Just reiceived a coupon in the mail for $10 off the oil change after I was already there. I do not think we will be back. More

Oil change & tire rotation. On Star alert. I do not have any negative comments. Clean, Showroom, Service Drive, and Waiting Area. I have had very few problems,,,,,they are always fixed. Horrible experience I made an appointment to bring my 2017 duramax in for multiple issues all should be covered under warranty as I only have 25,000 miles. My truck sat I made an appointment to bring my 2017 duramax in for multiple issues all should be covered under warranty as I only have 25,000 miles. My truck sat at the shop for over a week before anyone looked at it. Then it took 15 days to get it back only to have 2 items fixed and they charged me to balance my tires. All of the other major issues were just swept under the rug and they couldn't find any issues. I will never bring my truck here again and I will not recommend anyone here. More
Nice employees but not good service. They have had several (4 to date) just to get the a/c cold on a 2018 Camaro, and it’s back again. My horn was not functioning after an airbag replacem They have had several (4 to date) just to get the a/c cold on a 2018 Camaro, and it’s back again. My horn was not functioning after an airbag replacement, yet it was indeed working even with a blown airbag, yet I had to pay them again for a “loose wire@. COME ON MAN!! I just don’t think that service advisors should get a commissioned based salary because it sure is odd how,when that happens, your car needs a lot of work that isn’t under warranty. My car had a crack in the windshield after sitting there for about 5 or 6 days and, of course, they had “notes” that it was on there when I had it dropped off yet they never mentioned anything on the numerous times I spoke with the advisor about the car. Disappointed More
