Horrible first impression!!! Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attitude. He was more interested in pushing me to pay $800 upfront although I explained the issue and could have easily been looked at. Instead he continued to be sarcastic as if I had no clue what I was talking about. My most recent service advisor provided work documents that shows where the issues has been coming from but Bruno had no interest in being helpful. He even made the remark it's not his job to get approval from GM to handle the problem cause it's not under warranty. News flash this is a sensory issues with has to do with electrical which means I AM COVERED under warranty. Stingray I recommend retraining this man otherwise you might have more negative reviews turning people to other chevy dealers More

Mike Miller, service advisor were great. No question asked he gave me a loaner I even could choose. He kept my car over the weekend and solved the problem. I picked it up Monday in almost no time. We pulled in to a dealer in north Florida and left our vehicle. They called us the next day with a quote and they were less than professional. So, I called Justin at Stingray told him our situation and without hesitation he explained to me what he could do for us. I couldn't believe they would go to such great lengths to assist me. We did get our vehicle transported to Stingray and the repairs were done in a timely manner. Jeremiah kept me up to date on what was going on and it was a great experience considering the nature of the repair. Stingray and their employes are the best. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. I have spread the word over social media that stingray is the place to go! It's one stop shopping. I enjoyed the experience when I bought my truck there and I was even more impressed that I was just as important to them 4 years later with a major repair. GM should be very proud that you represent them so well. Other dealers should take note!!! I appreciate everything Justin and Jeremiah did for me! You guys ROCK! More
Drove over 100 miles round trip for great service I bought a new Corvette Stingray from a dealer near my home in November. When I went in for an oil change at 4300 miles, I was told my car wasn't due I bought a new Corvette Stingray from a dealer near my home in November. When I went in for an oil change at 4300 miles, I was told my car wasn't due for an oil change. I said that was my decisions. They then told me my car had 2 recalls. I said that it didn't, because I would have received a notice. It turns out they are Technical service bulletins, one of which was for low differential fluid. I read the TSB and it turns out the dealer was supposed to check the differential fluid and fill as needed. I found out that they had not when I went to an independent shop that put over one quart in my differential, almost one-half what the differential holds. I called the service manager and he lied and said they had checked the differential and it was full. I decided to try Stingray to deal with this issue and my other outstanding TSB. All I can say is that Stingray is where I should have bought my Corvette and it is where it will be serviced from now on. The over 100 mile round trip was worth it. Justin Lawson was great. He came over to me at least 3 times and informed of what was going on with my car as I sat in the fabulous waiting room. He was very conscientious and wanted to be sure I knew what was being done. He treated me as I expect to be treated as someone who spent $64,000 on a high performance sports car. I highly recommend Stingray Chevrolet and particularly, Justin Lawson. More

Just moved to Florida and this was my 2nd experience with Stingray and both times I have been greeted with a friendly smile and the people who have waited on my know exactly what I need, they do not try to s Stingray and both times I have been greeted with a friendly smile and the people who have waited on my know exactly what I need, they do not try to sell me things not needed and have only let me know about something I might want to look into on my next visit, such as an alignment. Joe did a wonderful job on my 2013 Malibu> It`s ECO LT1, I have had lot of trouble till Joe took control of it. The day I bought it I got has far as Lakeland and it went dead, About two week after this LT1, I have had lot of trouble till Joe took control of it. The day I bought it I got has far as Lakeland and it went dead, About two week after this the battery died again, and the car has not been the best, But when Joe Platt got a hold of it runs great. I was first brought into Stingray for service on my 2011 Equinox. Diane and Bj were excellent for my transactions in service. Both very friendly and concerned. I was then introduced to Sean Alderman. I am not one for car salesman. I usually ask a salesman not to follow me and I will ask for them if I need them. Sean Alderman is not the normal salesman. He listens to what his customers want. He is not "pushy" as we all know some salesman can be. He made the 5 hour wait ( as we all know car shopping takes a while) fun, informational, and exciting! I already send people to Stingray for any automotive needs and I will continue to do so as Stingray is different than any other dealership! Loved my experience there and everyone who was involved!!! More
