Poor Service Appointment for oil change was at 9: 15 A.M. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to be seen. Then someone overfilled my oil and when I came home it leaked on my Appointment for oil change was at 9: 15 A.M. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to be seen. TERRIBLE SERVICE Made apt. For torque converter issue on my corvette stingray. Car did not get looked at for over a week. Upon pickup I noticed oil on BOTH seats. BOTH Made apt. For torque converter issue on my corvette stingray. Car did not get looked at for over a week. Upon pickup I noticed oil on BOTH seats. BOTH floor mats were saturated in oil as well. Completely unnaceptable. Asked SERVICE manager for new floor mats...his response was "let's clean them first"....what kind of chicken xxxx is that?! I then asked SERVICE manager, "how long will it take to clean floor mats? His response was "well sir I will need the car for several days" (are you kidding me). I also noticed a nice size paint chip on rt. Rear quarter pannel...SERVICE manager replied "will need car for several days" completely unacceptable. Let's rewind a little, when I dropped car off for torque converter issue, I purchased a 5 yr/60,000 mile extended warranty package through stingray ($2000). Needless to say I will never go back to stingray Chevrolet for ANYTHING ever again! More
