Took over an hour for oil change did not do tire rotation th I bought a lot of cars there never experienced sevice on my car to take so long for oil change they said tire rotation was being done on my car I noti I bought a lot of cars there never experienced sevice on my car to take so long for oil change they said tire rotation was being done on my car I noticed they didn’t do that tires were the same spot make me feel like nothing got done to my car and change oil light was still showing on dashboard very disappointing More

Also, in Aug 2017, I limped in with a car that was having difficulty starting. I had AAA get it started and went to my dealer. I was looked down upon because I didn't have an appointment and was offered one A WEEK later. Turns out all I needed was a new battery. They could have saved me stress and finding another place to get help along with their reputation with a simple test. I had never needed an appointment in the past and thought it should have been handled better. More
