I was first brought into Stingray for service on my 2011 Equinox. Diane and Bj were excellent for my transactions in service. Both very friendly and concerned. I was then introduced to Sean Alderman. I am not one for car salesman. I usually ask a salesman not to follow me and I will ask for them if I need them. Sean Alderman is not the normal salesman. He listens to what his customers want. He is not "pushy" as we all know some salesman can be. He made the 5 hour wait ( as we all know car shopping takes a while) fun, informational, and exciting! I already send people to Stingray for any automotive needs and I will continue to do so as Stingray is different than any other dealership! Loved my experience there and everyone who was involved!!! More
I was given a same day appointent for a four wheel alignment on my 2011 Corvette. Within two hours of my arrival not only was the alignment done but the mechanic found a broken glove box latch that I alignment on my 2011 Corvette. Within two hours of my arrival not only was the alignment done but the mechanic found a broken glove box latch that I forgot to tell the service writer about and he fixed that too! The 2010 Traverse I bought new from another dealer was giving me minor concerns. When I took it back to this dealer they told me it was normal. Then someone told me about Stingray and told me to ask for M giving me minor concerns. When I took it back to this dealer they told me it was normal. Then someone told me about Stingray and told me to ask for Mike Miller. What a difference in dealers. He was very professional and took it for a drive and believed what I was saying (even though it didn’t show... go figure). I left it with him and WOW. He took care of it and me. Like I was family and we’d never met. When it came back it drove like I thought it should from the moment I purchased it. I also asked for the 30000 mile service from Stingray. We bought a new volt in august. Took it in because the blue tooth is unusable due to road noise blocking any conversation at 40 or above, simple problem should be a simple solution. Two days later, without a car, they are unable to fix it. They admit there is a problem, just can't fix it. Never received a phone call on the issue in two days, When I called the service advisor Debbie, she had left at noon without bothering to call. I was referred to the service manager, left a message for him to call back on the issue since he didn't answer, still have not heard from him. Horrible customer service. The car was cheap from them, just don't go there for service, they are very bad. going to go get my unrepaired car after two days and take it to someone that cares a bit and might fix the problem.
