I was disappointed in the time spent on Friday for my maintenance check. I have never spent three hours before. After talking to Jim the Manager assured me there were changes in their process and hiring maintenance check. I have never spent three hours before. After talking to Jim the Manager assured me there were changes in their process and hiring qualified employees to improve their service. They were super busy and lots of customers were there. He and Percell were apologetic about the day. I agreed that things happen and will look forward to a better timeline next checkup. Thanks Lisa for always smiling. I called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, same service I have been getting since I bought my Traverse there in July 2022. When I got there, the sign at the front of the bay said stay in your same service I have been getting since I bought my Traverse there in July 2022. When I got there, the sign at the front of the bay said stay in your car, an adviser will come out. When no one did, I walked in and told a guy I was there for my 10:30 appointment, never asked my name. Got my keys and told me to have a seat. A little less than 30 minutes later, he said my vehicle was done. I said wow, its never only took 30 minutes, he said you were scheduled for an express oil change, That was not what I asked for. Anyways, not happy but atleast my oil was changed. I will pay better attention next time! More

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Equinox nearly a year ago. Our sales rep. was Ferman Rodriguez. He did all of the negotiations between us and the finance office. He made sure to take notes on our budget and wants and held financing to those. Fast forward 8 months later there was a snafu with my credit (referral and software malfuction) and between Mr. Joe, Mr. Ferman, and Mr. Whiley (spelling), they got it figured out and did everything that was wanted and asked in order to set everything right. There will be no other dealership that I will want to deal with other than Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City on Frontage Rd. More
